We know that when we invest in socially and environmentally responsible initiatives,
we serve to strengthen our business and further foster long-term growth.
Engaging Our Communities
Tempur Sealy International contributed $29 million in mattresses and monetary donations in 2024. Additionally, the Tempur Sealy Foundation invested over $908,000 in grants and pledges to support organizations serving children and families in need.
Since its launch in 2017, the Tempur Sealy Foundation has provided 75+ grants, totaling more than $5.2 million in charitable contributions to local, national, and international organizations that support this mission.
Protecting Our Environment
We’re maintaining zero-waste-to-landfill status at our U.S., European, Canadian, and Mexican manufacturing operations, and have expanded this scope to include our corporate offices and research and development centers this year.
Additionally, we’re committed to achieving carbon neutrality in our global wholly owned operations by 2040.
Restoring Our Future
Tempur Sealy International purchased 695 acres of land with the goal of reforesting more than 345,000 pine and hardwood trees. Once matured, we expect to offset 45,000 tons of greenhouse gas emissions, meaningfully reducing our net carbon footprint.
Additionally, we're partnering with Stephen F. Austin University to provide students with hands-on experience in reforestation and land management, while also supporting scholarships and assistantships.
